I've only got one full and finished animated film out there, so I wanted to include a few smaller pieces here. Some of them are in vertical format to conform to short form mobile-first media. While I would probably not make anything longer than one minute in vertical format, I found that composing an image for it is an interesting challenge.
Many more small art projects are posted on my Instagram.

A short "mini film" — too short to call it a short film, too long to not call it something! I felt interested in drawing a hermitage, and the idea of having a dragon as a household pest came to me while I was working. This one has sound design as well!

An homage to romantic painter Caspar David Friedrich's 'Wanderer In The Fog'. I removed the subject and left his cloak and walking stick in his absence to see how it would make me feel. Does the sublime landscape need an observer to be sublime?

A rainy day in downtown Grand Junction, Colorado. GJ's main street was always a great place to hang out and sketch while I was living there. Drawn in pen and ink, then colored and animated in Photoshop.

The underground port, from an unfinished student project.

A shot from a project that I hit a creative wall on and didn't finish; here's an alien landscape and one of its oddball inhabitants.
